Each design element is thoughtfully implemented to eliminate typical tower pad frustrations, like broken buckles, ripped seams, and difficulty in carrying.

Repurposing: Extend the life of your older tower pads and keep them out of a landfill. We cover existing pads with our premium materials, heat-welded seams, grommets, handles, and all the design details that make IMPACT Mountain Gear a cut above.

Features

• Heat-welded seams result in a cleaner and more durable product, with no stitching to blow out

• Rolled-rim, stainless steel spur grommets are bomber, and allow for the easy replacement of straps with zero damage to the pads

• Heavy-duty Polypropylene webbing is looped through the grommet and sewn, which means it’s easy to replace if needed and without any damage to the pad

  • Also: This means no more ripped seams from strap pressure points

• Webbing handles on top for ease of carrying on skis or dry land

• YOUR CHOICE: Choose between 22-oz or 32-oz PVC-coated polyester outer. This is extremely tough, durable, and UV-resistant.

  • Compare to the industry standard of 18-oz PVC-coated poly

• YOUR CHOICE! Closed or Open Cell Foam: resilient recycled, closed-cell foam or open-cell foam padding interior

• Tough-as-nails Cam Buckles or Spring Buckles or closures offer greater durability and ease of operation than plastic buckles, especially in cold weather

• Private labeling available: Brand logos or safety messaging, e.g. SLOW or CAUTION, will be chemically welded onto the pads (Stickers shown in pics are not the actual product)
